GARMENT PRODUCTION A CUT ABOVE THE REST
Garment designing, production and finishing is done at its hazard free & environmental friendly unit in New Delhi. Our integrated facilities ensure specialization in all kinds of high fashion garments for women, men and children. We use a variety of woven fabrics like cotton, viscose, polyester etc. apart from our high quality knitwear products. Complete backward integration also enables us to offer a wide range of fabrics and prints with high commitment to quality, value, style and timely delivery.

TOTAL QUALITY CONTROL....REDEFINING GARMENT PRODUCTION
A multi tier quality control system throughout the production process and in each department ensures precision and high quality level of the end product . our in-house fabric testing laboratory offers the following facilities.

	dry cleaning
	Verification of counts and construction
	Color Fastness and construction
	Crocking and Perspiration

Besides, our in-house design studio works closely in tandem with the market tends and buyer's specification to deliver optimum satisfaction to out esteemed clients.

QUALITY CONTROL CHECK POINTS

FABRIC
At the checking stores, the fabric is machine inspected and checked by professional checkers before it goes to the sampling department.

SAMPLING
This is a computerized unit where once again the department's own staff pays detailed attention not only when they receive the fabric but even during dummy fittings & initial production of sample pieces.

PRODUCTION
Check are ensured for details such as cut threads, stitching, interlocks etc.

POST PRODUCTION
The checking department works along with this department ensuring that each piece of garment is perfect in terms of quality, value and style.


REACHING OUT TO THE WORLD
We are currently exporting high fashion garments to South Africa, U.K., Sweden, Germany, Italy, U.S.A, Canada etc. Taking a further step forward for better customer satisfaction and to cater to a larger clientele in smaller time spans we have undertaken comprehensive up gradation and modernization of our plants.
